Please complete our online form to request a quote providing as much detail on the move. We will then email or call you to confirm any further details required before advising you of a quotation. This will then be emailed over to you for your written confirmation to proceed, once we have this you will be booked in.

Prior to the move we ask that all contents are packaged appropriately in boxes and bubble wrap where necessary. Alternatively, we can provide a packaging service for you if you let us know when booking.

Suitable parking for the van should be obtained prior to arrival within a close proximity to the property.

Any large furniture items should be disassembled where possible prior to the mover’s arrival to ensure that the loading process is as smooth as possible. Although we do understand that this is not always possible, so we are able to provide this service for you. Please do inform of us any large items when booking so that we can take the extra time and work into consideration when calculating your quote.

Our charges are calculated by a variety of factors such as:

- The volume of contents to be moved

- The number of movers needed

- The distance between the pick-up and drop off locations

- The amount of time requires to complete the move

- Any additional services required, such as packaging

At MJB we have full public liability insurance, this ensures your contents are safe and covered throughout the move.
